Philadelphia Experience
We had a wonderful time in Philly. The Independence National Historical Park was very interesting. It is amazing to be standing in the same original places where so much history had taken place the beginning of our country. The Liberty Bell was spectacular. I got chills when I realized I was standing in the original building that George Washington and John Adams was inaugurated in. We toured the US Mint and the Federal Reserve Bank- we did get a sample from the Federal Reserve Bank- we were given $100 in shredded money!!! Did you know that Benjamin Franklin wanted the United States bird to be a TURKEY....
Of course we had Philly cheesesteaks and they were good Cheese Whiz and all!
We are John/Cathy Robnik, we have been traveling fulltime since 2001. We have a 2005 Kountry Star Motorhome with a Jeep Liberty Toad. We have enjoyed every mile and hope to continue traveling for a long time to come......
